As you can imagine, we are in uncharted territory with the on-going state of the world and Coronavirus. While Real Estate was initially deemed non-essential, the industry has since had the restrictions lessened when using strict COVID protocols and we've been surprisingly busy. Inventory remains at historic lows so it's a great time to be a Seller. Contact me if you'd like to chat about preparing your home for the market. I'll provide a stress-free plan to get your house sold! In the meantime - here are the latest market stats (along with a handy Seahawks schedule) and some of my recent activity for our area. It was another busy month for sales during September, with Pendings setting a record for the month. Closed sales were also robust, with the second best September on record.
Active inventory trended sideways, at an all-time low amount, this despite a 12-year high for new listings coming to market in the month.
Not surprisingly, prices jumped more than 10% as a result, with the absorption rate hitting an all-time low. We now have just a 13-day supply of homes actively for sale.
